You do not acquire any ownership rights by purchasing or downloading our products.

 

2. Prohibited Uses

Without express written permission or the proper commercial license, you may not:

  • Reproduce, resell, or redistribute our digital files.
  • Upload our files to POD platforms (e.g., Printful, Redbubble, Zazzle).
  • Use our artwork, designs, or branding to create logos, trademarks, or business identities.
  • Claim any part of our work as your own, even if altered.
  • Use our photos or product mockups for your own listings.

 

3. Trademarks & Branding

The name Rose Etc., our logo, and any slogans, taglines, or branded content associated with our store are protected trademarks. Unauthorized use of our brand identity is strictly prohibited.

 

4. Enforcement & Legal Action

We reserve the right to pursue legal action, submit Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notices, or deny access to future purchases if we discover misuse, infringement, or theft of our intellectual property.

 

5. Reporting Violations

If you believe someone is misusing Rose Etc.’s intellectual property, please contact us immediately at roseetc.024@gmail.com with details and any relevant screenshots or links.

Usage rights are further detailed in our Personal Use License and Commercial Use License. Please refer to those documents for permitted uses of purchased files.
