Rose Etc. Returns & Refunds Policy

At Rose Etc., every item is created and packaged with care. Many of our pieces are custom made, and we do our best to make sure each order arrives exactly as expected.
If something isn’t right, don’t stress — we’ll help make it right.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Many of our products are made especially for you once you place your order.
Because of that, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
  • Changed mind, wrong color, or wrong design choice
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Digital downloads, printable files, or personalized products
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can fix the issue quickly.

How to request a review:
1. Email roseetc.024@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
2. We’ll review and respond within 1–2 business days.
3. Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Size Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sizing can be tricky, and we want you to love your fit!
If your item doesn’t fit, contact us at roseetc.024@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a size exchange or return. We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label once your request is approved. Please ship your return within 7 days of receiving your label.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method so you can reorder in the correct size. Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been received and inspected on our end.

The return label must be scanned by the carrier within 7 days of being issued.
If the item is not received within 21 days of label approval, the refund request will be automatically canceled and considered closed.

To qualify:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Returns must be shipped within 7 days of label approval.
We cover the cost of return shipping for approved size exchanges — because we want your experience to feel just right.

Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once approved and processed.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to finalize the transaction after we issue the refund.

Non-Refundable Items:
  • Customized, made-to-order, or personalized items
  • Digital downloads or instant files
  • Sale, clearance, or final-sale items
  • Gift cards
