At Rose Etc., every item is created and packaged with care. Many of our pieces are custom made, and we do our best to make sure each order arrives exactly as expected.
If something isn’t right, don’t stress — we’ll help make it right.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Many of our products are made especially for you once you place your order.
Because of that, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Color or design choice
- Sale, clearance, or final-sale items
- Digital downloads or instant files
- Changed mind or preference
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can fix the issue quickly.
How to request a review:
1. Email roseetc.024@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
2. We’ll review and respond within 1–2 business days.
3. Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Some orders are fulfilled through third-party production partners, which may affect replacement or return handling. We appreciate your understanding.
Size Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sizing can be tricky, and we want you to love your fit! Because our items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues. Please review size charts carefully before placing your order.
If you have questions about sizing prior to ordering, we’re happy to help — just email us before purchase. In rare cases, we may offer a courtesy solution at our discretion.

Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once approved and processed.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to finalize the transaction after we issue the refund.

Rose Etc. reserves the right to deny returns or refunds that do not comply with this policy. All returns must be approved by Rose Etc. before being sent. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
