Refund policy

At Rose Etc., every item is created and packaged with care. Because many of our products are custom-made or fulfilled through our trusted production and supplier partners, our return and refund policy reflects the made-to-order nature of our products.
We always want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right within the guidelines below.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom and fulfillment-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Wrong color or design choice
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Digital downloads or printable files
  • Gift cards
Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts, product descriptions, and order details before purchasing.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders enter production or supplier processing and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. This applies to all print-on-demand and supplier-fulfilled items.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Required Claim Documentation
To process a claim, you must provide:
  1. Order number
  2. Description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the item
  4. Clear photos of the packaging
  5. Shipping label visible on package (if applicable)
Failure to provide photo documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Claim Review & Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following:
  1. Replacement item shipped at no cost
  2. Refund to the original payment method
Resolution type is determined based on product availability and supplier policy. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet documentation or time requirements.
Return Shipping
Customers are not required to return damaged or defective items unless specifically requested. If a return is required, instructions will be provided at that time. We do not provide return labels or accept returns for non-defective items.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your order as Delivered, Rose Etc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are not obligated to replace or refund orders marked as delivered.
Incorrect Address Liability
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout are not eligible for refunds. Customers are responsible for re-shipping costs if the package is returned to the sender.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to finalize the transaction.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under all circumstances:
  • Digital downloads or instant files
  • Printable products
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Final sale merchandise
