Rose Etc. Shipping Policy

At Rose Etc., every order is prepared with care. Because many of our products are custom-made or fulfilled through our trusted print-on-demand and supplier partners, shipping times may vary slightly. We always do our best to get your purchase to you quickly and safely.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing includes:

  • Production for print-on-demand items
  • Supplier sourcing for dropship items
  • Quality checks
  • Packaging preparation
  • Carrier pickup scheduling

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time & Delivery (United States Only)

Our standard shipping timeframe is 7–15 business days after your order has been processed. Some economy shipments or supplier-fulfilled items may take up to 10–20 business days depending on fulfillment location, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately. This happens because products may be fulfilled by different production partners or supplier warehouses. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Tracking Information

A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link will be sent once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system after shipment.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout, including apartment or unit numbers. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by address errors.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as Delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. While we will assist, when possible, Rose Etc. cannot replace or refund packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volume
  • Holiday demand
  • Supplier fulfillment delays
  • We appreciate your patience in these situations.
